Welcome Back!

After more than a year of curbside only service, Live Oak Veterinary Hospital is happy to welcome you back into our clinic. Don’t worry – we have plans to keep everyone safe and will continue to offer alternate arrangements for anyone who requests it.

In short, we’re keeping the best of what we’ve learned over the past 15 months. Our goal will always be world class healthcare for your beloved pets and exceptional customer service for you. 

Here are a few details we’d like to share: 

• One family member will be allowed into the building for appointments with our veterinarian.
• Other types of visits will remain curbside, including surgery check-in and check outs, technician appointments, medication and food pick-ups.
• Masks are required.
• When arriving for your appointment, please give us a call. Then you and your pet will be checked in curbside and escorted directly from the parking lot to the exam room to avoid crowding.
